Happyness spread throughout the temple! Rusty put on his carpenter's apron and set to work to build a ramp for Zircon to get out of the yard. Then he had to build another ramp on the other side so Zircon could get back in to the yard from outside.
Zircon was skeptical at first about the ramp built for him.
"Did Rusty make this to accepted Cat Safety Codes?" he wondered.
"Is this earthquake proof? Can I sue if I'm injured? Did the temple obtain a building permit for this?" all of these thoughts ran through little Zircon's head.
Then Master Rusty saw Zircon having bad vibes about the amazing ramp. "Hi Zircon!" he said. "How would you like it if I put a sign up – Zircon's Wheelchair Access Ramp for Wimp cats?"
Zircon's eye bulged out at the thought of being so humiliated. "Skip the sign, please, Master Rusty, and I promise not to sue if I fall off, OK?"
"Sounds like a good idea, Zircon!"
After that Zircon loved the all redwood, carpeted ramp that led up to his very own observation post."
